"This gem had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms were a plus and the beds were very comfy! The kitchen was well stocked-we didn't do any cooking but everything one would need is there. My hubby mentioned a better chair in the office nook would be great (he unfortunately had some office work to do) but the space was great! Communication was excellent and the place was spotless! Use of the garage was a huge plus! We would definitely stay...

"Everything was great, view was amazing. This house is very easy to get to and get into downtown CDA, Sandpoint, etc. I would suggest they remodel the master bedroom, there is no shower and that was inconvenient."

"Overall, the house is great, property very nice. Doors are squeaky and definitely need WD-40, the stairs are very squeaky and the railing is a little wobbly. Stairs very slippery. I would say the listing is inaccurate. No barbecue was listed, called and asked if a barbecue was present they told me no but yet a barbecue was there so that was a little annoying.
