「I arrived early and was grateful for the quick check-in to my room. Also, it was very helpful that they held my luggage upon departure, demonstrating great hospitality. However, I was a bit bothered by people passing by outside since my room was on the first floor. While closing the curtains could solve this, it made the room quite cold as the heating wouldn't work effectively.
