"Cons: The property is a bit beat, showing signs of wear. The elevator wasn't working when we were there. The bed was very hard (platform bed, no box springs). The wifi was terrible, including the ability to make phone calls on our cellphones. Pros: The staff members are very nice. The room is clean and has plenty of towels. There are plenty of places to eat in the area making them easy to find. The view from the room and the pool area is beautiful! "

"The rooms are outdated and look nothing like the pictures. The bathroom door didn't lock and the beds were so uncomfortable. The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk down to the front desk if I needed anything and even then it was a 15-20 min wait because the line was so long with many people complaining. "

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."
