The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk down to the front desk if I needed anything and even then it was a 15-20 min wait because the line was so long with many people complaining. "

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."
