"We had an issue with our room that the a/c would only blow out ice cold air. We reported this via the hotels WhatsApp. The issue was investigated and we had been moved to a new room within 15 minutes. Very good service I’d say!"

"The staff was friendly and accommodating! Would come back to stay based on hospitality alone. Comfortable bed/pillows, perfect sized room (two of us stayed in family room). Great selection of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Public transportation right across the street. Only thing off putting was a bit of sound from other occupants through the vents and walls. Would recommend otherwise! "

"The room was clean, confortanle and spacious. Coffee and tea abailable in the bar all day long. Excellent location. All places of interest, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, post-office, airport bus and railway station within walking distance. The only disadvantage is the bathroom concept ehich needs to be restructured since it dors not allow elementary privacy. The sanitary set up is unhygienic itself. "

"Alot better then I expected it too be, my son loved the smart bed, all staff were extra friendly and down to earth, clean staff cleaned daily, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and handy so you didn't to bring your own, Only thing with is a minor fridge isn't very cold but done the job, Aslong as price don't go to silly this will definitely be our new hotel to stay in when visiting London as good location too "
