"An okay stay but nothing really special about it. Room was very small and housekeeping must have been in a rush as we only had one glass, there was an empty toilet roll on the holder, and the room was Baltic when we walked in- not really what you want when it’s November and freezing already! Bed was comfy though. "

"Great hotel in an excellent location. Super convenient for London public transport and set in a very quiet square. The room was surprisingly big in comparison to other London hotels, and the bathroom was spacious too. Our room didn't seem to have a mini fridge and there was panels falling off the desk where I assumed they closed it shut, but we didn't really need it. A/C seemed to be controlled centrally, and though I didn't have any issues, I heard other guests complaining about the heat, so...

"Really great stay! The room was nice - there were stains on the bed throw which you wouldnt expect in the Malmaison. Stayed in room 456. The shower products were so nice, as were the staff on reception and the bar! Thanks, Charlotte"
