"We had single rooms with no windows. Perfectly formed little room. Great as a base. Lounge was comfy. Breakfast was great. Catered for vegans and gluten free. The doors in Sweden seem to be heavy wherever you go so the bedroom doors slam quite loudly so you can hear people come back to their rooms at night. "

"I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western "

"Overall a lovely stay , issue with the room was given a single room when asked for a double bed , arrived late at night so nothing could be done by night staff did give us a free drink but was fully booked the next day so was unable to change. Luckily we managed to move the beds together and was only 2 nights , breakfast was lovely offered gluten free and alternate milks amazing !! "
