Once in the room we realized the tv settings did not work properly-again Collette came over right away and took care of the issue. "

"This hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Our issue our last stay was the bathroom was not cleaned, so they gave us a new room, great. Then we had teenagers running around the halls screaming at 11pm -12am a few of us had to complain it wasn't a great night"
