"We had a pretty rough stay. The hotel was run down, the room was very dirty, and the staff was unfriendly. The girl who checked us in didn’t check us in correctly and couldn’t tell us where the room was located. Since we didn’t get checked in correctly we got locked out. When we told the staff the next day about getting locked out and the dirty condition of the room, they did not offer to clean it. And didn’t apologize. I’ve never stayed in such a filthy hotel… black hairs everywhere, stained...
