"Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet...

"This apartment was sparkling clean. Mattresses were comfortable, the location and view were amazing. Very quiet. Our dogs had a blast watching the walkers and the boats from our patio. Property management was very responsive and professional. I highly recommended this property! "

"Our group felt right at home, in their own private rooms and a space large enough for family gathering. Justin responded immediately to all our needs. His team acted quickly with extra towels, hairdryers and extra kitchen supplies. Condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect for our group! Would book again, even with lots of steps to the third floor unit. No need for a gym for your cardio workout."

"I had the best time staying at this property. The apartment was nice and clean. Good size too! Big bed, huge living room , nice kitchen with everything you need. So nice that it comes with 2 bikes to use on the lovely bike path that is right near the apartment. The beach was so close! All you do is walk out the door, turn the corner and boom! Beach right there. I spent 2 days exploring Venice and Santa Monica and has a blast. It was nice to be so close to everything that I didn’t have to...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just a block away from restaurants, pubs and a 2 block walk down to the beach. The hill back up is steep but manageable. The views of the ocean and sun set are a bonus. "

"This NYC Styled Loft is an absolute Gem!! I was celebrating my birthday with my wife. Just after booking our two day stay, prior to our arrival, somehow I lost my wallet...I was indeed terrified to say the least, having to cancel and replace credit cards, license, ID etc. Added to the concern, was not knowing how I was going to prove my identity during check-in, or verifying the card I had used to book the reservation...I messaged Peter about the issue...Let me just say that you will not find a...
