"Good place to stay for the money, housekeeping came by while I was still half asleep and I told them I didn’t need any service that day and then they didn’t come back for the rest of my stay. Had to call the front desk to get more towels brought up and then proceeded to wait almost 2 hours and decided to go down and get them myself"

"Excellent location. We were pleasantly surprised by a happy hour with three cocktails each and apps generous enough for a light dinner. The whole place is fairly new and in great condition. Our fourth-floor room and a wonderful view of Denver and the entire front range mountains. Great pool and hot tub. This was a great value."

"Family of 5 - comfortably slept in room with 2 queens and pull out sofa. Housekeeping forgot to come back to us one day. On a good note, complementary breakfast was amazing with so many options. Front desk wasn’t very helpful when asked about transportation recommendations. Hot tub wasn’t working and they didn’t seem to care to fix on our last night. Lots of friendly staff and some not so friendly. Overall, hotel was clean and despite little issues we would go back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay here again. The location is perfect. Easy walk from Union Station. Great having a Whole Foods next-door. Lots of restaurants and very walkable area. A lot of reviews are negative and I'm not sure why… They mention issues with technology and honestly, everything was great for us. They gave us a 6 digit code at check in. The code works in the elevator, all exterior door doors and the door into the room. It was easy. We used the Jacuzzi...
