"The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back! "

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."

"We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access."

"Lovely facility with friendly staff & amazing amenities!! The free daily breakfast is like a 5 star restaurant! Everything you could possibly want! Beautiful Lobby, great room, patio with evening firepit, pool, hot tub, courtesy van, walking trail, 2 blocks to beach & Large nicely furnished units with great linens & kitchens!! I would Highly recommend staying there ( we stayed 2 weeks) There are so many things to see & do on Amelia Island…shopping, restaurants, historic places & Clean...
