"My husband and i with 3 adult children stayed at Ron and Pams condo in Princeville and we had a lovely time. It was clean and well provisioned. We cooked our breakfast daily as well as a few dinners and didn't have any trouble with the kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and it was never overly hot at any time inside. We appreciated the beach supplies, as well! Thank you for the great time on Kauai!. "

"We were completely enchanted by our stay here. It reminded me of the beach cottages I used to stay in as a child but with all the modern amenities! Plenty of beach gear provided and the perfect snorkeling beach a couple of blocks away. We loved it so much we had to extend our stay. Our host Donna, was readily available to answer all our questions and offered many helpful suggestions. All in all, an A+ adventure! "

"This property was as listed, had what we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. It was in a great location close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The bedroom AC units were wonderful. It was fairly hot in the main part of the house in the afternoon, but we were out and about most days anyways! "Wonderful house! We were 4 adults and 3 teens/tweens and had plenty of room. All beds were very comfortable. Lots of beach gear in the garage (chairs, snorkel equipment), well equipped kitchen. Note that golf course maintenance starts around 6 am (quite loud in the upstairs master bedroom, so early risers or heavy sleepers should choose that room 😊). The bathroom upstairs is large and amazing. Overall, we had a great stay. "

"We enjoyed the location and the accommodations were adequate. The kitchen was good for food preparation with decent appliances. On the downside, the place needs a deep cleaning, the beds and furniture need upgrades. One sofa was visibly old and soiled. No one would sit on it. Fortunately, the management team arrived the day we left with contractors and a long to-do list. Perhaps future guests will enjoy these improvements."

"This property perhaps is best appreciated by thinking of it as a 'condo ' rather than a posh resort. Very well run, clean, close attention to detail, free parking, loaner beach gear etc. If you are expecting water slides and a lazy river...no. Medium sized pool w/ hot tub that we rarely shared w/ anyone. Do note that the upstairs neighbors were loud -- early (4 and 5 am) in spite of 'quiet time'. We complained once and then let it go... Great home base to Hanalei and local beaches. "

We stayed in the Bougainvillea building on the 1st floor corner room, where our ground floor patios faced the side edge of the pool, but also faced the gorgeous abundant mountain range.
