「The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars.」

「Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. It’s nothing major or expat, but a few hours of work would...

「Great location, amenities, and host (extremely communicative and overall pleasant to talk to). Close to monorail, light rail, and a bunch of bus routes! Location felt super safe and there is an excellent doughnut shop just a few feet from the apartment’s entrance - can’t be beat!」

「The property was in the basement of a house centrally located in Ballard. It was very clean and well-appointed. The only thing is you can hear the owner walking around upstairs in the house very early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it if you are staying in that area of Seattle. 」

「The location was great and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was not working, which was a bummer, and there was a car parked in our spot. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would stay again!」

「If you have activities around Seattle Center or downtown, this location is great.」

「we enjoyed our stay, we were located right down the road from all the things. I like how there」

「4.5 stars!!!! Needed a place to stay that would be reasonable for a one night stay with pet. This place was perfect! Host provided details with inquiry promptly. Couple of minor issues - communicated with Host.Would stay again, if needed.」

「We loved it!」

「The host, Gayle is very transparent and wonderful to work with. Her condo has a high walking rating and for good reason. Our intention was to stay close to downtown and walk everywhere. He condo is conveniently located just an 8 minute walk from Pike Pkace Narket」

「Though the bed was a bit on the firm side, I found great rest on the pull out after testing the bed. The location was great and getting to and from the convention center was a 12 dollar lyft ride away. The place was beautiful with a great view of the city, and I would highly recommend thos listing for anyone looking to stay in the busy area of Seattle. 」

「From day-1 through the last one, my family and I got a warm welcome from the owner; we found everything necessary for our stay. We spent wonderful moments in Seattle having that safe and clean cozy condom that I will even recommend to other relatives of mine with a promise to come back next year for another stay with my family.」

「This is a great spot for a weekend getaway. Feels safe and clean, and the pool was a great extra amenity. Only dock in “star review” for cleanliness was there were 5 or 6 stink bugs and a spider around the condo in various places. Could just be seasonal! Otherwise great place to stay. 」

「The surrounding area was quiet and relaxing.」

「I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...
