"The Drury Plaza is an old establishment in San Antonio. The room is dated but very spacious and clean. No qualms staying here again if we’re ever in the San Antonio area. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The room was nice; it’s a good location with a lot to do in the shopping center. There was no hot water, I notified the front desk, they said they’d reset the water heater. I attempted 3 times to shower and had to jump out everytime because the water was too cold. "

"We were in town for a week for a family emergency and this property was close to our family members. It is a beautiful and clean hotel. The lobby and bar area was decorated for the season. The vibe of the hotel was classy and is a gorgeous upgrade. The staff are professional, kind and friendly. The breakfast area is clean and has fresh food daily. The room was clean, quiet and accommodating. Leaving and returning each day felt like coming home, rather than a hotel stay. This hotel would be our preference on any return trips to San Antonio. Thank You all for a wonderful experience during a stressful time."
