"We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area (albeit crazy cold water). We had a couple of very minor issues during our stay and Jess was very responsive and addressed them immediately. Would definitly recommend to families looking to get away and enjoy nature on their next holiday. "

"This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend this house for a great family vacation."

"My family enjoyed our stay so much. The house is clean, large enough for a big group of us, located near Screw Auger Falls, cute towns, good spots to eat-- which were all uncrowded since it's off season. The kitchen is so well stocked, the basement game room gave us hours of fun, the beds were comfy, and basically everything we needed was provided. They had towels, linens, s'mores ingredients, fire woood- everything! The kids enjoyed the river and there's a great swimming hole right around the bend next to the bridge. Bring floats to ride the current! (The water was low enough to be safe the first half of the week but then a dam was opened upstream and the river was rushing wildly and would not have been safe for young children.) We had only one little issue-- the bunk bed room in the basement was hot and stuffy since there is no air conditioner in there. Otherwise, for the first time in multiple years of renting summer houses, my family had barely any complaints at all! It was such a lovely trip!"

"The Mansion Home is exceptional - from the privacy, the beautiful surroundings, the birch trees and the layout of the home - I have nothing but great things to say about this rental - we felt like we were home - we celebrated our 25th Anniversary with our children and had the best time.
