Ocean Shores is a low rise property with only three stories and just a small number of units in this direct oceanfront location! You'll have wonderful oceanfront views from the oceanfront private balcony off the living room. Ocean Shores 105 is a first floor walk up with private balcony. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area.

You'll be just one block from the shops, dance clubs, and eateries on Main Street Ocean Drive. The property is nestled between between one oceanfront home and beach front parking. No high rise to change the mood.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room, plus TVs in two of the three bedrooms.

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers). THIS BUILDING & UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required! This unit is rated basic and affordable.

Great Beachfront Location

You can walk to all the shops, dining and live music Main Street has to offer but are just short drive to Barefoot Landing, outlets & more.The unit is nicely stocked, very clean and cozy. Balcony overlooks the pool which is great for watching the kids while swimming. The sand dunes prevent you from seeing the beach directly in front of you; however it doesn't prevent the breeze nor the roar of the ocean.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again.

This may have been the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in! It was newly renovated and so bright. The listing was spot on and being in a smaller complex, the beach wasn’t as crowded as other areas. 9.5/10 (the only complaint is that the washer/ dryer are way too small for even a small load of towels. But everything else made up for it.
