"Beautifully decorated hotel just steps away from Trafalgar Square and the government area. The staff were very helpful for the most part, despite a delay in checking in. The room was clean and comfortable and my only complaint is the wacky lighting system that we never figured out--seemed like you had to have all the lights on or none at all. Expensive food options in the hotel, but you are near lots of other dining options as well."

"Perfect location. Lovely friendly staff. Couldn’t do anymore for you. Room was a great size for my husband and I, plus our two daughters. Immaculately clean and very well stocked. Breakfast each morning was a delicious buffet and so much to choose from. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. It’s definitely our go to accommodation whenever we visit from now on."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Town Hall Hotel. Our room was G4: 2 bedroom, 2 bath, A living room, a kitchen, washing-drier combo. Fast internet. Our room was clean. Check in and out very easy. All the staff was very friendly. Metro station: Bethnal Green about 2 minute walk from the hotel. Easy access to all the attractions from this station.0 I did not get to use the pool, but I am sure it was nice. Supermarket: COOP "
