「We had a great time at Basecamp! We love the adventure motel vibe, there is a warm & welcoming common area with a fire & coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Great location, very walkable to the restaurants, shops & cafe in Tahoe City. There's a little slice of Lake Tahoe from the parking lot (the weather was storming so not sure about the view from the top deck). Beds were comfy & rooms were cozy, it's a refurbished motel that's cozy and cute decor. We love these types of adventure motels with common...

「Ed was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The room was much bigger than we expected, and had a microwave and mini fridge. It's right across from a public beach and pier which was beautiful, there is also a restaurant. We also enjoyed the cafe down the street for breakfast. Great proximity to Northstar, we will definitely stay here again!」
