"The stay was good - everything was clean, and worked well. The location wasn’t great for our needs and the neighborhood wasn’t very nice, but it served our needs and we navigated everything easily. Thank you."

"The property was okay. Because I have issues with communication with others I was asked to leave at the end of my week. I would have liked to stay longer. People mistake my talking and rambling as a threat to them. I am no longer welcome to any properties that the cleaning staff has access to which is a lot of properties in the Knoxville area. SAD People have issues with those who are a little different. "

"The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"The place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! When we first arrived we were a little worried about location, seemed far away, but in reality it was closer than we thought. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, but if you prefer walking, which I do, it was too far for that. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely easy to communicate with. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!"

"We stayed here for two nights when we were in town for a football game. It was a great location just a few miles to Market Square and Neyland Stadium. Joyce was there to greet us at check in and gave us some recommendations for meals while we were staying in Knoxville. The place was super clean and we will definitely stay here again if we visit Knoxville again. "

"Location.. Location.. Location.. I almsot don't want to say how Incredibly Awesome that unit and the Hospitality was all weekend! Why!? Because I want it for myself! Just a hop, skip and a jump to all local shops, dining, farmer's market and so much more! Though, Our favorite spot was just down the stairs, located beneath the unit, where there was a bar and grill along with a hookah lounge below it, in the basement! There's truly no words to explain how Great the spot and the Hospitality was.....

"This apartment is so cute and roomy. We loved how easy it was to walk to local bars, restaurants, and the Market. The downtown has so many things in walking distance, such as mural alley and a city park with sculptures. There were always enough people around that it felt safe to walk at night. The only downside - it’s noisy. It’s right next to the train tracks and the walls don’t seem to be well insulated. So maybe take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper."

"Overall we had an amazing stay for a week at the cabin. The views were amazing! We had a little racoon (we named George) that visited us quite a bit. The pool was very clean and we made lots of new friends. We ziplined at Wahoo Ziplines and it was amazing and we had the best bbq at bustin butts, go at the start of your trip they have a great farmers market as well. The worst part of the stay is was we found fleas in the master bathroom. Its supposed to not have have pets on the property."

Good but not perfect.

"Quite a bit of space and very clean. The beds were comfortable but very high. We literally had to jump up to get on them and I, at least, had to be careful betting off. There was one chair in the room some distance from the TV. It would be nice to have a desk chair on casters so that a person could watch the news in the morning without having to jump back in bed. There is plenty of room for another chair."
