"Excellent time staying at the Flat Iron. All the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond, from offering us free band-aids for my wife's foot blisters (we walked and explored A LOT,) to providing a free post card and postage stamp to mail out. Unique character-filled hotel but so clean, spacious and functional also. Roof-top bar has an excellent view of the city and the mountains. Location is PERFECT for walking in Asheville - We easily parked at Wall Street garage ($15 per day) and walked everywhere straight from the hotel. Easy walk to tons of restaurants, shopping, galleries and a historic movie theater. Really enjoyed our time, would love to come back!"
