"This duplex is very clean and a nice place to stay. There is a 500 security deposit through a separate website that is not listed on the site. We had no problems though. The checkin process is sort of lengthy but you do get access to the externior cameras on the house and access to the alarm system. Overall a great place and would recommend. "

"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."

"I stayed with Baba for medical tourism and this was a great place to stay. He was able to accommodate my need for a first floor room and honestly, staying with Baba was the best part of my trip to Miami. I cannot think of a better place to stay. It was very homey and comfortable. "

"The property and the apartment was very clean. Front desk staff are courteous. This apartment claim of partial sea view is not entirely accurate given the location of the property. The parking is valet which you have to pay for separately. Overall, it was a good experience and enjoyable stay. "

"This was our first time in Miami and we had such a beautiful and wonderful trip. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was a rare delight! We felt safe and comfortable and taken care of! Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for closeness to South Beach as well as Downtown Miami. We spent a lot of time at the Midtown shops as well- just a perfect summer vibe all year round! Thank you to all the staff for making our trip memorable and one to write home about! "
