"We enjoyed our stay very much. It is one or two blocks to the bus stop, but is convenient to walk to Pontocho and shopping as well as Gion across the Kamo River. The Fresco grocery store was next door. The room had a nice kitchen and a spacious table for dining. The room was very large and even had a set of bunk beds which we didn’t need. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was in good a quiet location but close to many sites and to the bus system. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"My wife and I traveled for the first time with our 7 month son. We were met at the front desk by Joe. He provided over the top hospitality. He saw our baby and immediately offered us a crib, diaper trash can, and a milk bottle sterilizer. We felt so welcome. It made our four day stay more comfortable.
