"I booked my group at Lallgargh Palace after my reservation Laxmi Niswas Palace was cancelled. Although they are located on the same Heritage Property complex, they are not comparable . The staff at Lallgargh are on par with a Travel Lodge. The breakfast and dinner buffets were reminiscent of an offering at a school cafeteria. Although the rooms are enormous, the pictures don't show chipping paint, leaking pipes. and torn furniture. It was a disappointment at every level. "

"The staff is outstanding at this beautiful property. We only stayed one night in Bikaner and weren’t expecting much based on some of the negative reviews we read on Trip Advisor before booking. However our experience was outstanding. We were warmly greeted and given two beautiful suites. The floor in our room had just been refinished and was still off-gassing. We asked to be moved and were promptly and cheerfully given another room. We arrived on Diwali and the hotel had fireworks on the...

"We stayed for 4 days compared with most peoples one or two and were impressed with the service alongside the interior of this extraordinary historic hotel. Only faults were 1 plumbing problem - so we were moved and had the chance to enjoy an alternative glorious room ( all unique). And the evening dinner was rather bland whenever a foreign group stayed the night. Otherwise excellent and in the heart of the old city."

"The property is very good. Gives you a majestic feeling of royalty. Vegetarian foods are not so much in the cuisine. Breakfast wide spread. The front office manager is very friendly. Like the way the welcome the guest. Not to mention 2 lonely dogs well taken care."

"Hotel Chirag is offbeat hotel located ~4-5km from Bikaner City. This property is nicely managed very professionally by humble courteous staff. Hotel is neat, clean and proper hygiene maintained on sanitary stuff. This has pool, bonfire, big lawn and ample parking. Swiss cottages was awesome but bit cold on dec weather. Our kids loved the puppet show. Overall, an awesome hotel and highly recommend to spend a day or two there. "
