"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other...

"Déjà venu au moi de mars,dans une autre petite maison à côté de celle ci, on y ait très bien,proximité de la plage topissime,calme totale un vrai bonheur,balades,marché à proximité, ainsi que commerces...toujours très bien accueilli par l'agence qui s'en occupe (Anne Sophie en l'occurrence qui est adorable) Et en plus le beau temps s'est invité...👍☺️ Que du bonheur... "

"The house is very well placed for the beach (though not overlooking it), walks, the shop and Gustav's bar and restaurant (recommended). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. The standard of equipment was high - sophisticated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but no dinner knives! Noirmoutier is glorious."

Elle est très bien décorée, très bien chauffée (cheminée qui fonctionne parfaitement) et très bien située (à 2 pas de la plage du Vieil). "Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans un bel endroit. Le soleil était de la partie. La maison est très jolie et bien aménagée dans un village qui permet de belles balades pour les petits et les grands. Nous y retournerons certainement et il nous faudra apporter les casques pour faire du vélo "

"Only speaking minimal French it was difficult communicating with the manager, as she spoke no English. Likewise the information for the house was only in French. There was 13 of us and just had enough room to all eat together, but it was a squeeze. Also the oven and fridge are small for large group. Lovely big garden but uneven making it hard for the kids to play and run around. With all the space a swimming pool would have been good/useful as a little drive from any beach. The house was clean...

"Lots of space, all the necessities included! They even had the equipment to go rock-pooling. We were a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a grandparent and were able to spread out across the rooms. It would equally work well for 2 families of 4. We didn't use the spa bath. Good location Would definitely go again, met all our criteria and worked very well for us! "

"The owner was very helpful and friendly and the house and garden were even better looking in real life than on the website. The house is a minute or two from the beach and shops and is in an excellent location for riding or driving to some of the island's best beaches, attractions and shops."

"We took the last room for our 2 nights stay - it was a ground floor handicap room that we were not made aware of. We will not make this mistake again. The hotel is in a perfect location for town & beach it’s a wonderful part of France."
