"I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews. "The staff in this hotel made us feel very welcome. They gave us a complimentary drink while we waited for our room to be ready. It is a beautiful hotel situated on Capitole square within easy walk of everywhere. Its a buzzing city full of cafes bars and restaurants...we loved it and our stay at this lovely hotel. We will revisit later in the year. "

"The hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our only complaint was the incredible noise from the traffic and people screeching on the street below. It went on until 2.30am! Despite being on the fifth floor it kept us awake. This was not the fault of the hotel. "

"The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor. Long walk with some light stairs, a couple of steps... to lobby elevator if you dont...

"I don’t know your clientele, but most foreign hotels I stay at have some TV channels in English. I think you need to boost the technology in the room. Perhaps USB ports for phone charge. I had trouble with WiFi all week and had to shut it off. When it gave me access, I couldn’t download anything. I have unlimited data with AT&T but I imagine some people don’t. "
