"Had an awful experience with my room, when I spoke to manager all he offered was a sorry and that there was no way to compensate the situation. Certainly would recommend. But, if there's anything I am not fond of, it would be the check-in time, which is at 4 PM. I wish it could be earlier. "This is a great hotel to layover or stay for a few days. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. The rooms are very spacious. The overall feeling of the hotel is what a visit to Japan embodies. They have shuttles to and from the airport. They have a shuttle to and from the train station and the nearby mall.
