"This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful, modern, new property. Clean everywhere. We added breakfast option and sure were glad we did. Plenty of food options at buffet, both Japanese and non-Japanese. I honestly looked forward to eating breakfast everyday during the stay. Every staff we encountered was nice and very professional. Many staff members can speak English. Used the bath once and it was clean, spacious, not crowded at all. Also used the laundry a couple times but first time was around 7pm and I had to wait for a long time for the dryers, which takes over >60 min to dry one load. Drink vending machine, ice machine, and microwave on every floor. They also has a scale for your luggage in the vending room. "

"Located close to the Kinshicho station, there are many shopping malls nearby that make it easy to travel back and forth to the hotel. The neighborhood wasn't as crowded as other popular cities in Tokyo which was pleasant to navigate with a stroller and toddler. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were warm and helpful on all occasions. It was a bonus that the Airport Limousine bus stops at the hotel too"
