We liked the owner but felt that pre trip communication could have been better and getting into the hotel late at night was trickier than we wanted. "I enjoyed this hotel so much when I stayed here twice before. The location and price are excellent. I had stayed on the fourth floor both times before, which was terrific. This time, I was on the second floor, and it was always loud in the rooms on both sides. Unfortunately, it sounded like people were so loud, which made for an unpleasant stay. Still, I will stay here if I come back, but I will ask for a different room. Thanks. "
