"Ski in/out, plenty of choices to eat at Niseko-Yo, which is 2 gondola rides away. Unfortunately the outside Onsen was out of order, which we were looking forward to Staff friendly and helpful. "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Excellent customer service. New building and our suite had everything required for a great stay. All in one laundry /dryer a bonus. Absolutely recommend a car for flexibility. Taxi service not reliable during the busy season. Extremely close to niseko village and only impediment to ski in/ski out is the unfortunate, but equally reasonable, ban on road skiing. "Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist. "

"Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. Hiking there would take close to an hour and it's mostly uphill. The only place to eat is milk kobo which is a 5 min walk. Would be a good place to stay during...

"Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed."
