"One cannot ask for a better ski in/ski out location. Hotel also has ski/boot valet which was an added bonus. Hotel was clean friendly staff. Room cleaners were quick and efficient. Hotel was great, the little store down near the lobby is relatively expensive though. And there's not much except restaurants nearby for snack food. "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. "Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist. "

"Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. "The townhome was nice. Very clean and the reception desk & staff were extremely helpful & very timely when we called. Spacious home, heated floors very cozy. The shuttle service was good however being that it’s a little out of the city it would be more convenient to have a rental car. Wonderful & relaxing family holiday. "Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus.
