"Me and my 3 friends stayed here for two weeks and loved it. Plenty of room, space, in a quiet and and safe area close to stations, Akihabara, and more. If you do stay here go to Akihabara, for food here go to Ichi ni San. Also the was a ramen shop near the hotel room, walk out go left then make a right and it’s right there. "The pros are the property is very clean, modern and the management was responsive and let us drop our suitcases off before check-in. The cons were we had to log out heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), it was a bit of a walk to the train station & services. The worst was there was no spare toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a block away from the main street. The building is secure, and the unit is clean, comfortable and modern. Many amenities are included. Many options for meals within short walking distances, and great convenience stores nearby that offer anything you need. Mr. Ishikawa is a great host, and I highly recommend his property."

"Convenient to dining, subway station, convenience stores, fast food - McDonald's, baskin-robbins, etc. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. Washer dryer was available in condominium. It does a great job. However, there was no laundry detergent. I had trouble trying to figure out what to buy due to minimal English on packaging."

"The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful.
