" 오래된 호텔이라 들어서 걱정했는데 디럭스 룸이라 그런지 우리방은 깨끗하고 카페트 냄새도 전혀 나지 않아 좋았습니다. 방에서 보는 일출은 말할것도 없고요. 호텔에 골프장 부킹을 부탁했는데 부킹을잘 해줄 뿐 아니라 호텔서 골프장으로 채를 따로 운반해주어 운동하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔과 골프장의 연계 시스템이 매우 잘 되어 있어서 개인적으로 가도 편하게 겨울 골프와 온천을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 물론 리빙가든의 조명장식과 불멍을 할 수 있는 공간도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절했고요 ,인근 맛집 예약과 차편을 도와주어서 편안하게 미야자키를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다만 호텔주변에 식당이 없기 때문에 렌트를 안한다면 저녁은 좀 계획을 세워서 가는게 좋을 듯 합니다. "

"I supposed to check in for 2 nights on Dec 15-17, 2024. Howrver, the car I booked at Fukuoku has document provlem on the international driving lincense. I have to stay one night at Fukuoka for resolution of this problem tomorrow Monday. I call the JR Kagoshima for cancellation on 1215. They asked me get help from hotels.com directly. I did file a request for this that day. However, I did not get response from Hotel.com. I am very very disappointed in your handling the customer case like this. I like to have no penelty because this is s situation which not in my control. Let me know the result ASAP. Thanks. Chun Hung Chen"

"The location is along an alleyway. There is parking next to the hotel at JPY1000 per night and its limited. The checkin was fast and professional. Room good size as we selected a triple sized room. The bathroom small as with all Japanese hotels. "

"Super friendly and helpful when checking in / out. Clean, cheerful and conveniently placed additional items by the elevators if you need them. Including breakfast was convenient, other than a couple of items don’t expect western style breakfast - as long as you’re good with that you’ll be happy 😆"
