Our stay at Apollinaire was wonderful! Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, showers/washroom were in great condition, the location was great. My only possible complaint was that breakfast was a bit expensive at 20€ per day so we only stayed in once for breakfast but it did have a great selection. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

The staff was accommodating when we arrived early from our cruise -9 am . They stored our luggage while we went out touring. Hotel is very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. We only stayed one night and took a train to Paris the next morning. The staff arranged a taxi driver for us. Would return.

I was really pleasantly surprised to find a large room ( by Europe standards)…was clean, quiet, coffee machine, and very comfortable beds.the staff were extraordinary!!!! Nice lobby, breakfast area and in a very central location close to the Main Street, trams and shopping and eating places. Highly recommend this hotel and I will DEFINATELY be staying there again!!!!

We loved this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and nice, and had a lovely little balcony with a table and two chairs and a wonderful view of town. We had a delightful chat with the bartender, who made us some excellent cocktails, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. Highly recommend!

For a 4 star hotel it was missing several things that you would expect, but I guess the location did it for us this time. One thing that we didn't like was the variety of smells everywhere... Staff was very short, not attentive or simply distracted. Only staff member that did more than what his duties were was Edmir. The other staff didn't really do their job... we asked for things that they agreed and didn't do... Edmir was there to help on everything.

The hotel is very basic and average. The hallways are not very clean, neither the room i stayed in. Musty smell in the room, dirty carpets and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Beds are not very comfortable. Though it is on a quiet street and easy access to shops and restaurants nearby.
