"We loved our stay so much here! Everything was clean and safe (and there’s even A/C!). Luis was helpful with everything we needed. The location is great- just a short walk to Playa Gigante and Playa Amarillo. We walked everyday to surf, eat, and swim. El Gigante is seriously a hidden gem in Nicaragua and so is this place. Definitely our favorite place we’ve stayed in Nicaragua!"

"Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. "We booked last minute for a wedding and met a group of friends for a wedding and ended up staying right next door! The check in process was so easy and smooth! We had a great time!"

"The property was lovely, and the location was a short 15-minute walk to the beach. We felt safe at the location (it is gated with security guards), good parking facilities, and there were a number of fun surprises! We liked the macaws and the peacocks about. The pool space was lovely. We did have to reach out to check in, but the team was accommodating on check-in process and friendly."

They did their best with answering our questions and informing us of everything even with the language barrier and they even gave us an enjoyable lift to the bus station for a little extra. "Den angivna adressen var fullkomligt fel. Den angivna kontaktinformaionen (telefonnr & mail) var tydligen också fel. Inga som helst svar. När incheckningsinfon kom fanns ingen information om hur man skulle ta sig in i boendet! Och den nu uppgivna adressen var till en bensinststion! När jag efter långa och dyra samtal fick tag på en fastighetsskötare sade han " kom inte hit, det är dubbelbokat:. För att få tillbaka mina pengar från VRBO var jag tvungen att ta mig till boendet i alla fall. En helt...
