"Location, location, location. Property is a basic hotel. Nothing special and nothing terrible. The location is top notch. Right across the street from the park and everywhere was walkable. Food and sights are right at your finger tips."

"Checked in around 3:30PM. Was told my room was not ready to come back later to check in or I could get a double queen. Kept insisting on it. I booked 2 weeks in advance and would not accept. Somehow they just happen to have a King room available for my check in after my constant refusal! Ive stayed at this property many times amd this was unacceptable. "

"I liked that the hotel was different in its decor, almost historic. I enjoyed the large jetted tub. It was kind of erie going to the 19th floor lounge. It was a back stairwell off the elevator and it was very dark when we got up there. They claimed you could see the illumination light show of the falls which wasn’t true because the falls face Canada so you couldn’t see the lights unless you were on the Canadian side. "
