Needs work to be a successful hostess.
This property has at least five abandoned/boarded up homes around it. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's not very family friendly. Our stay was quiet, the listing was accurate as far as living space but lacking specifics. It is a shared property, so not private. On road parking only, again a drawback.
