The rooms had no working central air. I have a five and a 13 year-old who were bright red due to the heat not being able to turn off when calling the front desk I was told that there were no more fans and that this is a known issue. All they would do to compensate me is give me $100 in Canadian money as a refund Hilton needs to do better.

The hotel room, my room was very dated, old furniture with visible scratches in the furniture. The sofa looked dirty, and the room needed dusting! This was a 2 bedroom suite, 1 bath and the shower did not drain, standing water. Concierge was great! The location to the Falls was great! This was a first trip to Canada, but will probably take a different hotel when we come back for the summer. The room was disappointing!

Our stay this time was less than expected. The thermostat in our room was broken - the heat was too high, and remained high after several attempts to lower it. We even tried to turn on the AC and it didn’t work. The temp was stuck at 25 degrees C. This made for a very uncomfortable night. Next, we had breakfast upstairs at the Watermark - the food was pre-made, served cold and dry ( and cost $150.00 for a family of 3). Then the elevators stopped working and we had to walk down 33 floors. All that for a $500/night stay.

The property was conveniently located. The check in and out times were less than aware else. There were only 4 elevators on the South snd was unsble to manage the guests checking out. The mattress were worn out and too soft. The air-conditioner kept going off making the room hot and uncomfortable. The front deskteam was the best part of the experience.
