"I arrived and was able to get into the property with the code provided even though someone was living in the property already. Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled."

"50 steps to door... no landing at door, precarious as you open the door.. no national news on TV until i complained .. sliced an onion and the blade fell apart... older people beware no hand support in shower .. if you use 2 AC, circuit breaker kicks off... microwave does not rotate, i told owner and he did nothing to repair or replace...shower flow was inadequate but owner told me it was adequate... he had my $$ so I had no recourse.. i have lived 16 years in five 3rd world countries and the...

"Chris, the manager, was great to work with. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk and an easy drive to Middletown. Rooms were clean and it had adequate sleeping for our family of 2 grandmothers, two adults, and one teenager."
