Lovely comfortable room with a view
Lovely comfortable room - with a beautiful shower and a bathtub. Note you get coffee Nespresso machine and tea (hidden below the tv!) We had a view onto the Tyne with the city in the background.

Good - but room for improvement
I can't fault any of the team here - they were very friendly and helpful. However, our room could really have done with a bit of TLC - thick dust in the corners, which had obviously collected over time, as well as a few chips and stains on the furniture. A good stay but it could have been better.

Large party in the hotel whilst I stayed. I couldn’t hear myself think. Parking was very limited and the hotel needs updating. The cleaners do a good job with what they have.
