The room was quite outdated, with old furnishings and fixtures. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and most of the elevators were out of service. The telephone and television in the room didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a “Do Not Disturb” sign available. The only redeeming quality was the hotel’s excellent location, which is very convenient.

Location and view from our floor was amazing. Other than that our expectations were not met - lack of customer service, our (very basic) wishes were not fulfilled (asking for an additional blanket or enough towels for two people when you are travelling with friends, not as a couple) or charging for luggage storage - I have not experienced that an any other hotel and we are frequent travellers. The cleaning staff was amazing though - very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is completely rundown, elevators was not working, most of the lights throughout the building was not working. Bathroom was so dark and old not nice at all. Bedsheet had holes in them and had what I assume makeup on them. Bed was comfortable and the view was nice. I would not recommend this to anyone.
