"Great location, great staff, amazing area to explore around it."

"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"What a fabulous surprisethis place was! Our room was larger than expected, location was to dream for and the staff was FABULOUS. We forgot something in the safe box and the staff was in contact with us until we left. I will come back next time I come to NYC!!! "
