3 West Club is an older hotel that still is a pleasure to stay in. It's just a couple blocks from Radio City, across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral, and about 6 blocks from all the ritzy stores on Fifth Avenue. Because it's older, the public hallways on each floor are a bit muggy in the summer - after all, it was built before A/C. My room was very comfortable despite the incredible heat in mid-July 2024. The front desk staff were very accommodating and had lots of area info. I ordered in every night and it was easy to get my food delivered since I was essentially in the middle of Manhattan. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. The cleaning staff respected my sign of DO NOT DISTURB, as I dislike having people in my room when I'm not there. My only complaint was the hotel's restaurant - I made an online reservation, but when I got downstairs I discovered that they were not open for public dining and instead hosting a private dinner with a public speaker. They were kind enough to invite me to stay, but I declined as the speaker was not to my taste. It would have been nice to try the restaurant, which I was told was good. Also, the elevator system apparently doesn't have a separate service elevator, and they do a number of events on site, so you can hear them hauling away things on the elevator once the events are done. Still, I'd stay there again.

Can i give more than 5 stars? We were there 9/13/2024, and couldnt have been happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty. Every single staff member was happy, informative, and helpful. The beds were AMAZING. The view was incredible. We walked to restaurants, pharmacy, and other "must see" places we wanted to visit. It was a $30 Uber trip to the port as well as to the 911 Memorial.

Loved being in New York but disappointed in the hotel. Nice little boutique hotel, staff was courteous, walking distance to shopping and some main attractions. Downside the safe wasn’t operational, neither was the one in our friends room. Asked to have fixed which was useless. The restaurant and bar was not open on weekends which was not advertised and neither was it open Monday so we had to walk at least 4 blocks for breakfast. Also the towel rack kept falling off the wall. Wouldn’t stay there again.

It's well located, but there is a LOT of nighttime construction noise and the cleaning staff yells at each other in the hallways and corridors all day long when they are working. The place is clean but the elevators are old and there is a lot of traffic in and out of their banquet halls, meeting rooms and solarium. A dish from the restaurant made me sick all night and I'm not sure I could ever go back again when the sinks won't drain properly.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and just right for my husband and I. Love the dinning options and the waitress was amazing and even helped with directions. Have us a map to help us on our journey. Would greatly recommend this home away from home .

Even after considering we were in Manhattan, when we walked in, we could have been talking to a robot. It was after 1 PM and the front desk girl remained in her chair and told us to come back after 3 as if she was swatting a fly. The room was adequate and clean but its been a long time since we've been given an actual metal room key and not a card.

This is such a gem right in the middle of the city! The rooms were cozy, clean and exactly what we needed. The beds were so comfy, we thankfully slept well after a long day of walking around NY. The staff were really nice and accommodating. Location is prime, walking distance to Central Park and all the main attractions. The fact that it’s affordable is the cherry on top. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, boutique hotel close to St. Patrick Cathedral. Good location around a 10 minute walk to Times Square. Quiet and safe area with occasion sirens at night but expected in New York. Room was an average size with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was quiet. Cold water readily available in lobby. Coffee machine and TV in room. Staff was friendly throughout my stay. Was charged $150 in error by the hotel and it was reversed a couple days later. Overall, an excellent hotel.
