This is a great hotel! The rooms are a good size, renovated commercial building of years gone by to a very good standard. Bathroom and layout fantastic, bed great etc. Location is easy walking to Bourbon st with shops and restaurants close by. The old downside is there is no parking onsite, but we paid for an open car park about one block away with no security issues. Would stay again

We could not make it to New Orleans. When i called the management at this hotel and explained what happend and we would need to cancel our stay, the lady was so very sympathetic and cancelled our reservation for us. The best in management I have heard or seen in a very long time, and I travel many times a year. The world needs more people like you.

Parking would be one of the only things I would have to complain about. I have to have my car available at all times. It is very inconvenient to have to leave my car for valet parking. Also the snacks are pricey.

The girl at the front desk is soooo sweet! I do not know what her name is, I just know her mom works there too. That’s my boo! She was so accommodating and patient. She had a sense of humor, she went above and beyond to service customers. She was always polite! Her mom is sweet too!
