"Mardi Gras Parades- perfect place to stay for the parades. Walk up a block and they're right there. Walk a block-ish past the hotel and Bourbon Street. Perfect location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Valet parking made everything easy. Wasnt alot of noise. Lots of police presence outside."

"Valet was very rude. Said he couldn’t park my truck. Called in advance to double check vehicle size. Front desk ok it. Parked 4 blocks away and paid $142 dollars for 2 nights. Game back from dinner was shocked to see 10 2500 size trucks every where in parking garage. Nobody could tell me why I was turned away. Every day they took me trucks the size of mine. Attendant said they only park 1/2 ton trucks. Which was not true"

"From the property manager to the staff and the guests everyone was GREAT. One of the ladies felt that the towels could be whiter. We noted that they did not straighten the sheets daily. Towels were replaced daily. Not many things were complimentary. Wonderful location to shopping entertainment and transportation."

"Pretty good hotel with great staff. My husband and I really enjoyed the friendliness of the valets and front desk folks. Other pros: comfy beds and pillows, fridge and Keurig in the room, and the courtyard/pool looked nice although we didn’t end up going down there. "Squeaky bed and headboard. I had a room with an intercommunicating door. Could almost hear the conversation next door. Otherwise, I had a quiet room at the back with a nice view. Staff very welcoming and helpful."
