Entry card didn’t work - staff had me walk back and forth multiple times late at night and early in morning. I explained it wasn’t the card - the lock wasn’t registering. They wouldn’t listen to me explain and just did what they thought was wrong. Finally a lady figured out it needed new batteries in the door and that solved problem. Shower was borderline scalding or freezing cold. There was no in between so my shower time was very frustrating.

The back entrances were great but they need to be handicapped accessible too. There is a huge step up from the parking lot to the curb, and is difficult to maneuver with balance and walking issues.

Breakfast was about 1.5 hours late opening because they said that no one showed up to prepare it. This was the day of and after Thanksgiving, which was very inconvenient because we had places to be. The staff was very kind and patient as they explained what happened, and handled it well, so I give them credit.
