Perfect Location and Perfect rental for Couples
The location couldnt get any better. Walking distance from our favorite spots and perfect location for a 2 hour float and walk home with your provided Tubes. We will definitely be back.

Condo on the Comal
The condo was very clean and in a perfect location overlooking the Comal river. The beds were comfortable, the condo was roomy, and it had all the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.

Perfect Weekend Getaway for Tubing
This property was just what it said it was and worked perfectly for two couples to have their own space. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and great for watching tubers when we weren't on the river.
The only negative for me and this is totally a personal preference was the bed in the master. It was very hard. My husband and I both sleep on a softer mattress. Friends said their bed was just fine.

Overall VERY pleased with this location. It was as described with some other bonuses - fully stocked cookware, utility items like aluminum foil and baggies, riverntubes, etc. VERY clean, comfortable beds. Close to Schlitterbahn and tubing experiences. Kids loved all the baby deer running around.
