"This location was a great experience from checking in and checking out. The staff were amazing and respectful. The cleanliness of the rooms were great. Rooms were super clean and had no bad odors, beds were comfortable, pillows were good as well. Bathroom was super clean, towels were clean and house keeping cleans your room daily. "My teenage daughter and I stayed here as a halfway point to visit the University of Texas San Antonio. The hotel is near several others that are similar and off a frontage road. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was just fine. The only gripe is that the elevator is sort of down a hallway about 10 feet deep and it's very hard to get luggage in and out. My daughter who is a luggage champ found herself griping. It certainly was not a deal breaker and we'd stay again no problem."
