"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "

"First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. "SAD to SAY that I was NOT able to STAY at this reservation. I had to contact a person to get key. Erzsébet wanted payment on arrival for the one night. I did not have the funds in Euro or Ft. My Expedia account showed payment on debit/credit to be made when I made the reservation. I was very, very disappointed. Kind of fraud!"

"Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"Exceptional in every way! Will definitely be back again. Came for the thermal healing waters, but was blown away by the incredible dining, staff, pools, room, treatments and atmosphere. What a wonderful experience and an absolute treat! Thank you everyone for an awesome stay! "
