"This building is old and damp in areas. However good value for money and central. My room was beautiful. Windows quite mucky. Reception lady polite and helpful. Continental breakfast disappointing. "Reception staff were all amazing. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. This was booked as a couple but we had 5 rooms in total with other members of the family joining us. My mum was in a wheelchair James in reception gave a super warm welcome to my mum and continued to provide an excellent experience for us throughout our 3 night stay.
