The neighborhood was very nice, close to restaurants and any number of activities. The only thing missing was the “how to” book. Every question I had I had to contact the owners. A book would have answered most if not all the questions. 」

「I want to start off by saying do not pass on this location. The Codo is great and spacious. Very quiet, clean and everything you need is provided for. Just go food shopping and all supplies are there. I just never figured out how to work the coffee maker. lol. In walking distance to several different restaurants and the convention center.」

The front door of the apartment only has a safety chain. When you leave the apartment, and any valuables you don’t wish to carry with you, you can only ‘lock’ the front door with the chain and exit through back open porch steps. 「The apartment was great, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was worried it might be noisy since it faces the street but noise was not an issue. When we first pulled into the back parking lot we thought the area might be a little sketchy but that’s not the case at all. It is a very safe area, lots of young adults walking around in the evening just enjoying the area.
